• A meeting at least one month prior to your ceremony where we will complete and lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM).

• At this meeting we will also complete your booking form and agreement, and I will sight your original identification and relevant documents.

• Payment of a non-refundable booking fee to secure your ceremony date and time (deducted from your final invoice).

• A second catch-up to discuss your plans and gather all the important details for your special day.
