• An introductory, obligation-free meeting where we will discuss the legal requirements of marriage and begin exploring your vision for your ceremony.
• Completion of your booking form and agreement to secure your date, along with payment of a non-refundable booking fee (deducted from your final invoice).
• A second meeting to complete the required legal documentation and sight your original identity documents, while also beginning the creation of your personalised ceremony.
• A thoughtfully written ceremony draft, shared with you for review and refinement until it feels just right.
• Our Wedding Planning Guide to help you craft your own vows and personalise your ceremony.
• Unlimited communication in the lead up to your wedding via phone, email, text or online meeting.
• A rehearsal (preferably at the ceremony location) in the days leading up to your wedding.
• Delivery of a warm, engaging and memorable ceremony on your special day.
• Your personalised commemorative marriage certificate.

• Completion and lodgement of all legal documentation on your behalf.

• Professional sound/production technician to manage your ceremony music, including a 30-minute pre-ceremony and post-ceremony playlist to create the mood of your day.
